Launch of the ci580 system a huge success for Citronix worldwide.

Recent data and analysis collected by Citronix has highlighted the huge success of the launch of its ci580 continuous ink jet system in 2009. The ci580 industrial ink jet printer now represents over 50% of Citronix orders worldwide resulting in a resounding success for the ci580 system, launched in response to the economic climate.

The ci580 industrial printer was launched by Citronix in early 2009 as a response to the credit crunch and subsequent worldwide recession. Having spent much effort collecting market intelligence from its 70+ worldwide distributors and 400,000 end users, Citronix quickly identified what it was the market wanted from a continuous ink jet during these difficult economic times; high spec, reliability, low running costs, but most importantly a low capital cost!

In response to this the Citronix ci580 system was developed which offered all benefits associated with the Citronix ciSeries range of industrial ink jet printers but at a lower cost, in fact only £3,995 in the UK. The Citronix ci580 industrial printer was launched in over 50 exhibitions worldwide in 2009 which led to the system equating to 26% of worldwide orders in its first year; however, this number has increased to over 50% of all orders in 2010 which highlights the resounding success of its launch 18 months ago.
